Create Your Family Account
Fill out our household form under "Get Started" or call us for assistance. We'll create an account for each rider.

Rider App Ready
Once rider accounts are created in our system, you'll be notified to securely access the mobile My Turn app for the first time.

Confirm Account Details & Get Ready to Ride
Begin exploring bookings and complete your rider profiles. We'll contact you to confirm rider release & emergency contact info before the first ride.
